Hailing from Olathe, Kansas, Sharon Obermueller was born on June 24, 1984 and is the daughter of a Marine Corps volunteer who served for 28 years.  Sharon is a spirited and lively young woman who describes herself as feisty, loud, dramatic and sweet.  Currently single, she has been in a 12-year on/off relationship with a guy who followed her home in the 8th grade.  Sharon earned an associate's degree from Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, Kansas and is currently working as a realtor and restaurant hostess.

A Carolina Panthers fan, Sharon enjoys watching Friends and Big Brother on television.  She also likes the film, The Break-Up and reads magazines such as Vogue, In Style and People.  She has a belly button piercing and a tattoo of a design she made herself.  She also takes care of her two pets, a cat named Willie and an American Bulldog named Carolina.  During her free time, Sharon enjoys talking and tanning.

Sharon is one of 16 housemates on CBS’ Big Brother 9.
