Feeds come back from trivia at 5pm and it seems that James was voted out of the house by 5-1.  However, the houseguests have also been given the choice to bring back a mystery houseguest (Alex) or bring back James.  In the end, James is brought back by the houseguests.

The houseguests are standing on a disc above a suspended ball that goes up and down, and goes around like a merry-go-round, while bubbles are spaying on them.  Feeds later show that Adam and Joshuah are off the game, followed by Sheila who drops around 8pm.

Chelsia falls down at 9pm, leaving Natalie and James as the only two participants left in the game.  Natalie tries to strike a deal, though James won’t agree to it.  James eventually tells Natalie that he’ll drop if she puts up Ryan up on the block.  Matt says Natalie should agree to it.  Natalie acknowledges that it’s a good deal and Ryan starts panicking.  On the other hand, James decides to just hold on a little more.

Feeds at 10pm show Natalie saying she’s getting sick.  Later, she falls down and James wins Head of Household (HoH).  Natalie throws up so all the houseguests rush to her.  James promises not to put her or Matt up on the block.  He assures them that he’ll be keeping his word unlike everyone else in the house.

At 11pm, feeds are on James, Chelsia, Sharon and Joshuah in the bedroom discussing the competition.  They talk about how much Natalie really loves Matt and that’s the only reason why she was staying up there and why she was so worried about disappointing him.  They continue discussing their theory that Matt and Natalie are a real couple in the real world.  James again says he is going to stay true to his word and hopefully other people will follow it.
