Sheila, Ryan and Natalie are still hanging on the glass cage, trying to win Head of Household (HoH).  Sheila really wants to win so she tries to make a deal with Natalie and Ryan. She promises not to put them up on the block.  Natalie wants to be reassured that Sheila will definitely nominate Adam and Sharon and that Sheila will break the tie to vote out Adam if in case Sharon wins Power of Veto (PoV).  Sheila says that sounds fair.  When Adam comes out to join them, Sheila says in front of Adam, “Ryan, you have my word.  I won’t put you up.  You saved me.”

Ryan eventually drops and says he can’t feel his legs. Sharon comes out as well and tells Natalie to just let Sheila have it.  Natalie says she doesn’t want to drop out because her life could be on the line.  She’s also scared of going home.  Sheila tries to convince Natalie yet again that she really needs to win this competition.  Then Natalie just keeps asking herself, “What would Jesus do?”

Natalie gives in, making Sheila the new HoH.  Sheila takes a hard fall and even breaks part of her tooth.  After the competition, everyone heads to the kitchen to hangout and eat.  Sheila gets called to the Diary Room (DR) and carries her tooth with her.  Meanwhile, Ryan and Adam are making another secret pact.  Ryan promises Adam that if he wins PoV, he will take Adam off the block and no matter what happens, Ryan swears that he will vote to keep him too.

Sheila comes out of the DR at 11pm and explains to the rest of the houseguests that it took a long time because a dentist had to look at her tooth.  As the new HoH, Sheila gets tons of makeup, pictures of her son, peppermint ice cream, a non-nude Penthouse picture of her and a letter from her son.  Sheila reads the letter from her son aloud then starts crying really hard. Later, the final five make a toast to "friends forever."
