Sheila, Adam and Ryan record their final goodbye messages to each other.  They all know that it’s going to be a big day today because of the Head of Household (HoH) competition. Sheila tells Adam to go easy on her.  After pondering on the upcoming competition, their conversation leads to Sharon, who seemed very happy before the eviction because she thought she was staying in the house.  On the other hand, Sheila says she thought she was the one leaving so it was a pleasant surprise for her to know that she’s still in the game.

The three remaining houseguests seem very excited about the coming events.  They talk about their families and being on the final two.  Everyone’s just giving each other hugs, despite the nerve-racking tension between them.

Adam gets called in the Diary Room (DR) around noon, leaving Sheila and Ryan alone to talk.  Sheila tells Ryan that no matter what happens, she wants either of them to win.  They believe that there is a reason why they ended up being the final three.  They talk about Adam’s business ventures and his foundation for autism, and how Jen should get involved with it because she’s a teacher.

When feeds return from trivia, Adam has won the second part of the HoH competition, which involved standing or kneeling on a surf board.  Adam gets called again in the DR, leaving Sheila and Ryan alone again.  They talk about how much they have changed for the better from this whole experience.  They also acknowledge how each of the houseguests has taught them something.

When Adam comes out of the DR, he comes up to Sheila, asking her to campaign for him in the sequester house.  Sheila, who seems to acknowledge the fact that she’s going to be evicted, tells Adam that she was confident that he was going to win the HoH competition.  She also tells Adam that she’s his biggest fan.  After a few kind words from Sheila, Adam starts apologizing to her for calling her a bitch before.
