Sheila wakes up with a good dream of self-discovery at 6am. She talks to Ryan about her dream, saying that she could have won the Power of Veto (PoV) competition but her mind told her she couldn’t do it because she has to let other people win before her and “piggy back” on others. Ryan patiently listens and nods as Sheila talks and talks. Meanwhile, Joshuah is hiding around the corner listening to Sheila and Ryan’s conversation.
Around 11am, Sheila goes in the backyard with Joshuah. They discuss alliances and how Sheila and Ryan can't depend on it. Sheila tells him that she really thought that Matt or Natalie would take her to the end. Joshuah tells her she chose the wrong people to align with and Sheila seems to agree. Joshuah tells her there's hope for her to win PoV.
Five hours later, feeds switch to James in the sauna room with Chelsia. He tells her that he has thought about it and it is best strategically for him to nominate her. Chelsia gets the shock of her life and then James tells her he’s just kidding. James explains that he was just practicing his lies since everyone else in the house is so good about it.
Feeds come back from trivia at 6pm with Sheila and Ryan now nominated for eviction. I n the sauna room, Matt and Natalie are talking about the nominations. T hey both think it’s better for them if Ryan stays instead of Sheila. Matt asserts that he’s not going to vote out Ryan and if they win PoV, they are not using it. Matt goes on to thank Natalie for making the deal with James. Natalie says she felt that James would be true to his word if she made the deal. Several minutes later, Ryan approaches James to ask who he wants to evict this week. James tells him he doesn’t have a preference because they (Ryan and Sheila) both f*cked him equally.
