Ryan and Sharon are talking about the competition, which is bound to happen any time now.  They speculate if it has something to do with food or luxury, or even a summertime theme.  Sharon doesn’t want to shower right now because she thinks that she’ll just get dirty right after the competition.

Later, Ryan and Sheila head to the Head of Household (HoH) room to talk about the nominations.  Ryan tells her that he hasn’t decided who is going on the block with Sheila yet. Sheila reminds him that he has no vote this week and the person who wins Power of Veto (PoV) gets to decide who leaves.  Ryan is discussing how Adam never kept his word, reasoning that Adam told Natalie he was voting to keep her. Sheila tells Ryan he should put Sharon on the block with her, though Ryan thinks that Adam would prefer to be on the block so he doesn’t have to make the decision to evict someone.  Ryan also thinks that Sheila won’t be in jeopardy if Adam wins the PoV.  Sheila says that Adam sees Sharon as more of a threat than her.

At 1pm, Sharon comes up to the HoH room to talk to Ryan.  She tells him that Sheila is freaking out because she knows she is going on the block.  Sharon says she told Sheila that she has no idea what Ryan is going to do and that she’s just going along with her.  Ryan tells her he's bound to make a tough decision.  He is trying to think of all the scenarios and he thinks he should put Sheila and Sharon on the block.  If he wins PoV, he’ll take Sheila off.  However, Ryan plans to tell Sheila to vote out Adam.  Sharon says that Sheila would do it anyway and Ryan thinks so too.

When feeds return at around 2pm, Sharon has won a shopping spree, and Adam and Sheila are bound to be chained together for 24 hours.  Later, Sharon goes into the HoH room to talk to Ryan.  She seems to be freaking out about the competition and doesn’t know if the other houseguests know about her alliance with him.  On the other hand, Ryan assures her that everything is still OK and that the others are still clueless about their team up.

A couple of hours later, Sheila is complaining that she’s stuck with Adam for 24 hours.  She’s going to have to sleep in the same bed with him because they are chained together.  She's also worried about being put on slop.  She says that she needs alcohol to be able to tolerate him or else she’ll choke him and there will be violence on the show.
