The houseguests are in the kitchen listening to Sheila, who tells everyone how nasty Adam has been treating her behind closed doors.  Adam, on the other hand, tries to redeem himself by saying that he’s a nice guy.  Sheila claims that she has evidence of this because the cameras got it all. Their conversation eventually goes to Alex as Sheila cites all the things she likes about him.

An hour later, Adam and Ryan leave the girls to talk about Sharon.  They ponder on the possible scenarios that will happen if Sharon wins an endurance competition.  Ryan doesn’t think Sharon has the strength to last in the competition and even thinks that Sheila will beat her.  Adam wants Sharon to drop out in tomorrow’s competition and Ryan thinks if they let her know, then she will definitely drop thinking that they both have her back.  Adam also thinks Sharon won’t win if it’s a mental competition.

The next day, Ryan and Adam discuss about the upcoming Head of Household (HoH).  Adam thinks that Sharon is due for a win so he tries to convince Ryan that Sheila is the one to keep.  Adam also promises Ryan that after Sheila drops out of the endurance part of HoH, he will drop and surrender the first part of the competition.  Ryan is breathing heavily and it seems that he’s uncomfortable with Adam’s proposal.  Later however, Ryan says he’s willing to go along with it as long as he isn’t screwed in the end.  After Adam convinced Ryan to keep Sheila, he tells Ryan that they can certainly beat Sheila in a mental competition and assures him that they are both going to be in the finale two.  Ryan mentions that he has already promised Sharon that she’ll be safe all week, prompting Adam to teach Ryan how to pretend being angry when Adam votes to keep Sheila.
