Most of the houseguests are in the backyard at 12pm, while Sheila and Chelsia are in the kitchen talking about the whole Adam situation.  Sheila is crying about how Adam is harassing her and explains that she didn’t sign up for this kind of treatment.  Everyone is pretty much sick of hearing Sheila complaining and they all think she is crazy and getting worse every week.  There is speculation that she is starting to menopause and maybe that is why she has been such an emotional wreck lately.  Fortunately, Sheila and Adam patch things up a few hours later.

The houseguests confirm that there will be a margarita party tonight.  They also discover that they have hot water again.
Meanwhile, the houseguests are getting dressed for the margarita party, which kicks off around 7pm.  They have hats, tacos and a piñata, which contains different types of tattoos.  The party gets crazy 30 minutes later as James gets naked with a sombrero on his private parts.  Joshuah joins in the fun by taking off his pants, while Natalie takes off her bra.  Soon, everyone starts banging on the table and chanting Sheila’s name, urging her to strip.  Sheila is hesitant and says that her stripping days are long gone.

By 8pm, some of the houseguests are putting on tattoos.  Chelsia and Natalie are going to put tattoos on their nipples and Allison volunteers to do it.  A couple of minutes later, the houseguests are on lock down, during which they talk about sex and having sex dreams.

Feeds switch to Natalie and Matt getting in a fight by 9pm.  Matt tells Natalie that he doesn't think it's attractive when she shows her body to everyone.  Natalie calls him out and says he's a hypocrite because he has no problem "wiping off his balls" in front of everyone.  He explains that just because he does it, it doesn’t mean that he’s attracted to other girls who do it too.  He then goes on to say how he's never put down her personality and asserts that he thinks she's a great person. Natalie storms off and goes to pack, telling the girls in the room that she doesn't care anymore and to just vote her off.

Following their squabble, Matt and Natalie finally talk alone.  Matt realizes that they are going home because of this fight.  He tells her that he has an ex-girlfriend whom he didn’t say goodbye to and that he is very much bothered by that.  And after much discussion, Matt and Natalie hug and are now OK.
