It’s Sheila’s birthday and the houseguest have decided to plan a surprise party for her. Sheila tells Adam in the kitchen that she doesn’t feel old with this crowd compared to when Chelsia and James were still in the house. They talk about the “cursed bed” and how everyone who slept in it have been evicted. Sheila says that once the couples were split, everyone will have to work as individuals, and then winks at Adam. It seems that Sheila still thinks that she and Adam have a pack to watch out for each other.
Meanwhile, Sharon is in the pool trying to rescue a bee from drowning. Adam says it stung him. Sharon saves the bee but Natalie walks over and squashes it with her foot. Natalie reasons that she doesn’t like bees and that they always sting her.
At 3pm, Sharon tells Sheila that Big Brother (BB) told her that there’s going to be a lockdown and Sheila needs to hurry and get dressed to go to the backyard, where the other houseguests are preparing for the surprise party. Sheila eventually comes down and everyone yells “surprise” and starts singing “For She's A Jolly Good Fellow.” Sheila appears happy, although it didn’t seem like she was surprised. Sheila starts admiring her cake all lit up and then blows out her candles. Sheila receives several gifts, including one from her son. She reads the letter from her son and starts crying. She says it’s the best present ever.
Feeds at 6pm focus on Sheila and Sharon eating in the Head of Household (HoH) room. Sheila is wondering if Natalie will walk out the house in friendly manner like she has said before, considering that she will be shocked when she gets evicted. Sheila thinks that it won’t be a pretty site. Then Sheila tells Sharon that she fears that the boys will conspire and give Natalie a pity vote to make it a tie so she would have to lay down the final vote.
