A few minutes past 3pm, Daniele tells her dad that she wants her dinner (at three in the afternoon?). Dick, in turn, asks her to help him color his hair in 10 minutes. He assures her that it’s easy and they have more than enough supply of the hair dye. She wonders if he’d like to play checkers. Dick responds that she’s going to do his hair in five minutes and then he’ll play checkers with her later.

Daniele starts on her dad’s hair shortly after 3:30pm and completes the process in half an hour. Dick then subjects his newly treated mane to the marshmallow-looking dryer bonnet. Father and daughter engage in another session of reminiscing about and bashing the other houseguests (HG) as they wait for Dick’s hair to “cook” in the dryer. He is out from under his puffy hood at half past 4pm. Almost three hours later, Big Brother (BB) announces an outdoor lockdown at 10 minutes to 7pm.

By 7:30pm, Dick and Daniele indulge in a game of checkers, as a starving Dick waits in vain for dinner to be served. They move on to playing cards 30 minutes later. The food finally arrives just before 9pm. Father and daughter ponder how the votes may go down as they partake of their meal. An ever-paranoid Daniele thinks the vote may be 6-1 or 7-0. She’s convinced that all the questions were “out to get her” in what she perceives was a “let’s bash Daniele” session.
