Big Brother has had a mountain of success elsewhere in the world, mainly in Europe, mostly as a result of their uncensored portrayal of life in the Big Brother house. Given this fact, and the sad truth that CBS's Big Brother has not been doing great in the ratings, we take a look and wonder whether or not the show should move to cable and a more uncensored format?
