Recap:

Hey, it's another live eviction show! We all know what that means: Julie Chen! Hooray! Whenever we start a recap with three exclamation points, you know it's going to be good, right? Wait, don't answer that. Anyway, Chen comes out showing a lot of shoulder cleavage (I think they call those blouses “strapless”) and generally acting robotic. Kaysar says he wasn't surprised to be nominated, given how much Danielle wants season 6 out of there. However, Kaysar does prove his naivety when he thinks that he can get Boogie and Will's votes for the eviction. Kaysar futilely attempts to coax Erika into voting for him, but she is going to remain loyal to Danielle for undisclosed reasons. Chicken George really likes Kaysar and says so, but you never know with Georgie.

James is proud of his acting this week. He should be, fooling everyone in his alliance. What I am most surprised about is that neither ChillTown member has betrayed James and spilled the beans about his Legion of Doom alliance to Janelle, Howie, or Kaysar. Julie Chen interviews a few of the HouseGuests live, but it produces nothing of worth.

After a commercial, we receive a nice segment on the mothers of Chilltown. Will's mom is proud of him, understands him, and thinks he's going to go all the way on BIG BROTHER 7: ALL-STARS. She alludes to the fact that Will was shy as a child but, understandably, always had a girlfriend. Boogie's mom bore him when she was nineteen and raised him as a single mom. They were good friends, still are, and it's a sweet little story. Frankly, I wasn't a fan of Boogie coming into this year, but he's starting to grow on me. His maturity and annoyance factor have certainly improved since BIG BROTHER 2.

Chen brings us a live interview with Danielle (who is wearing a TON of makeup) that, again, provides very little content of worth. She thinks she can trust James.

Kaysar and James little pre-vote speeches are run-of-the-mill, highlighted by James' new beard. Before the votes, James gets to use his “nullify a vote” pass that he won in the last Head of Household competition. He uses it, wisely, on Janelle. The voting occurs and, as expected, only Janelle and Howie vote to keep Kaysar. Mr. Ridha is evicted.

Kaysar's exit interview with Chenbot feels like Jerry Springer, Chen revealing James secret alliance and massive betrayal of his fellow Season Sixers. Kaysar is stunned by the news and all he can say about it is, “I'm just not cut out for this game”. I'm at once sympathetic and befuddled towards Kaysar's reaction to the news of James' deception. I respect Kaysar and his desire to be honest in all his game play, but have to wonder how he couldn't have expected lies and immoral game play to infiltrate the Big Brother house.

Over the past week, the Big Brother house has been haunted by the ghosts of Big Brother past. Ex-HouseGuests have been appearing in mirrors all-around the house. Erika and Janelle both flip out when they see the cyphers...and I have to admit that it'd be a pretty scary thing to witness if unprepared.

For tonight's Head of Household competition, the HouseGuests witnessed a BIG BROTHER séance, in which the previous HouseGuests appeared. They must pay close attention to exactly what the ex-HouseGuests say; they'll need that information for the challenge. Bunky, Alison, Josh, Holly and Cappy appear in ghostly red and give clues. That was kind of fun.

Out to the Head of Household competition. The Houseguests must buzz in either True or False to different statements that Julie Chen makes about the séance. If everyone gets the question correct, the person who answered the least quickly is eliminated. The competition is going along fine until Howie gets eliminated, but much to his chagrin. It turns out that he hit his buzzer far earlier than it registered; the buzzer just didn't work. He walks off, but is clearly exasperated. Erika ends up winning and she celebrates.

UPDATED: It turns out that the producers were unhappy with the whole Howie buzzer fiasco and decided to redo the HoH competition later in the night. And guess who ends up winning this time: Janelle. Well, this is some shady business. If I'm Erika, I am super pissed off. This momentum swing is incredible.
